Job Description:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to achieve desired growth targets in line with company strategy.
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations to inform decision making around new business opportunities.
- Create sales strategies and go-to-market plans for the products and services, as well as existing ones in need of revitalization.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring they are on brand and align with business objectives.
- Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify areas of opportunity or threat for the business.
- Benchmark competitors’ offerings, strategies, and performance to inform own decision making.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and decision making.
- Prepare presentations for senior management, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage external relationships with consultants, analysts, and other third parties.
